We offer four different IAB-standard ad unit sizes (banners). We chose the sizes based on effectiveness, and accessibility. The  green-highlighted  banners in the chart to the right are the sizes we have on The Wake Network. You'll notice the "Half Page" ad size we offer has a CTR over 7x higher than the conventional "Full Banner" ad. So what does that mean to you? Simple. It means on average you should receive 7x as many clicks with a "Half Page" ad compared to a "Full Banner" ad. Due to accessibility we still offer the "Full Banner" option since so many advertisers already have advertising media created for this popular size. The statistics clearly show that bigger is better, when it comes to ad effectiveness. Accessibility is a big part of the equation too. Since we are using standardized sizes, when you build a web advert for our network of sites, you are building an ad for any site on the web that follows the IAB's standards. This makes things easier on you, and saves your creative department time and development costs. One thing to note: although we don't have any "Wide Skyscraper" ad zones, this popular size will fit nicely in our "Half Page" ad zone.

Along with the improvement of web technologies comes the improvement in web advertising. A strong shift toward Rich Media Formats has begun, and The Wake Network is here to support these new exciting web adverts. While JPEG/GIF image banners will always have a place in the web advertising space, fresh rich media advertising mediums such as Expandable Banners, Video Ads, Floating Ads, Peel Back Ads, and other Flash Interactive ads are now becoming more common-place. After viewing these examples, it's not hard to see why... Studies have shown that the CTR of rich media advertising can increase by nearly 5000% when compared to traditional image banners - that's almost 50x as many clicks!

We strategically placed our ad zones in the most ideal "hot spots" that should generate the most attention including several spots above the fold.
